Govt cannot claim to have gotten powers the people themselves don't have

In this episode I discuss the critical but totally overlooked point that NO govt can ever "get" powers delegated to it that the people THEMSELVES do not have. Because you can only delegate something you DO HAVE. This point proves that the vast majority of the govt's purported powers are totally illegitimate.
